Jennifer Stula Rivera featured in INvolve’s Empower Advocate Executives Role Model List 2023

Moody’s Global Head of Community Impact, Jennifer Stula Rivera, was named to INvolve’s Empower Advocate Executives Role Model List 2023. She was recognized for her contributions to creating a more diverse and inclusive business environment for ethnically diverse employees at Moody’s.  

“We're tapping into the values and humanity of our people to make a difference at Moody’s and beyond,” said Jenn. “I’m honored to be recognized as an INvolve Role Model and look forward to strengthening connections with my colleagues, peers and nonprofit partners, as we help to build more inclusive workplaces, communities and economies.”  

As the leader of Moody’s community engagement programs, Jenn leads Moody’s TeamUp®, our annual, global volunteering campaign in June, which brings our people together for the shared purpose of supporting their local communities. She also serves as Vice President of the Moody’s Foundation, overseeing our social investing strategy to nonprofits that support our strategic focus areas and responsive giving funds. Jenn is the Founder and Co-Chair of Moody’s Generational Business Resource Group and is currently participating in the 2022-2023 TIDE program, Moody's flagship global talent development program, that focuses on creating a robust, diverse talent pipeline. Additionally, she has served as an advisory board member for Girls Inc. of New York City and a board member and technology chair for Corporate Volunteers of New York.
