Introducing Moody’s “Meet the Partner” Podcast Series: Learn about our partnerships that empower underestimated entrepreneurs and support ecosystem restoration

At Moody’s, our people, products, and capital are helping to spark meaningful change and unlock opportunities. Our nonprofit partnerships, through the Moody’s Foundation, are helping to empower underestimated entrepreneurs to grow their small businesses and restore ecosystems in emerging markets.

We are pleased to share more about our partnerships and programs with the launch of Moody’s “Meet the Partner” podcast series, where we interview representatives from our nonprofit partners to explore the current state of social investing and community engagement, as well as the impact of our joint programs on the communities we serve.

In our first episode, Stephanie Melrose, AVP of Community Impact, Moody’s sits down with Reem Goussouss, Chief Growth Officer, Village Capital, an organization that supports impact startups across the world. Together, they discuss how our joint programs are helping underestimated entrepreneurs, including those of color, during Black History Month.

Recently, Village Capital, with support from Moody’s, launched a new catalytic accelerator for entrepreneurs championing ecosystem restoration throughout Latin America and Sub-Saharan Africa. Moody’s also supports its Resource program and the Black Innovation Alliance as they create an entrepreneurial infrastructure to support entrepreneurs of color.

Press play to listen to the podcast and find out more about these programs and how we’re coming together to make a difference.
