Coming together to make a difference: Moody’s TeamUp® 2023 – Together We’re Greater

In June, we kicked off Moody’s TeamUp® 2023, our annual company-wide volunteering campaign that unites employees across our organization to volunteer with local non-profit organizations globally. This year, our employees took part in 150+ volunteer events worldwide and completed over 8600 volunteer hours. In-person activities included local park clean ups, assembling food packages and helping out at animal shelters. Virtual volunteering opportunities, such as mock interviews for young adults with disabilities and the assembly of care packages for hospitalized children, also took place for our remote employees.

Through Moody’s TeamUp®, we empowered our employees to embrace their passions and make a difference, all while forging meaningful connections with each other driven by passion and purpose. Our employees’ voices and preferences sit at the heart of our Community Impact programs and projects, and we are committed to creating meaningful opportunities to uplift those around us.

“Moody’s TeamUp® is an incredible way for employees to come together toward a shared purpose and give back to their local communities. It is also a great opportunity for colleagues to bond with each other and create powerful, lasting connections. This year’s campaign brought over 3,000 employees together globally and showcased the outstanding impact we can create when we uplift each other and work together in a purpose-driven way.”
